All services provided are subject to technician availability, structural property evaluations, and adherence to local plumbing codes and regulations.

2. Scheduling and Dispatch

While we specialize in 24/7 emergency support and same-day service availability, all appointment windows provided are estimates. Infrastructure variations, traffic delays, or extended prior emergency interventions may impact arrival times. We reserve the right to decline service requests that pose a safety risk to our licensed technicians or violate regulatory frameworks.

3. Pricing, Estimates, and Payments

  • Upfront Pricing: Our field technicians utilize a Direct Pricing Guide to evaluate your system and provide an honest, upfront cost calculation before any repairs or installations begin.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon the completion of service unless alternative corporate accounts or project billing structures are established in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Financing Options: Promotional financing plans, including 0% APR terms or customized personal loans, are subject to third-party credit approval and independent lender verification thresholds.
  • Coupons and Promotions: Standard discounts, military benefits, or coupon offers must be presented to the technician at the time of the initial system diagnostic and cannot be applied retroactively to settled invoices.

4. Text Messaging and Communications

SMS Opt-In Rules: By submitting your telephone contact information via our online scheduling tools or emergency dispatch forms, you explicitly authorize M.A. Williams Drain Cleaning & Plumbing to send automated text notifications, field tracking updates, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any point by replying “STOP”.

5. Property Access and Structural Conditions

Property owners or designated authorized agents must be present during the service window to provide access to the infrastructure. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure clear, unobstructed access to cleanouts, crawl spaces, water meters, and major fixtures. Our technicians take great care when handling your property; however, M.A. Williams is not liable for unavoidable minor structural alterations (such as drywall cuts or brick drilling) strictly necessary to access and execute subsurface line repairs, re-piping, or outside faucet installations.

6. Warranty and Customer Satisfaction

We take pride in delivering long-lasting solutions instead of temporary fixes. Specific service warranties on sewer line replacements, water heaters, and fixture installations vary based on the specific equipment models and operational parameters outlined on your work order. All manufacturer warranties are governed by their respective corporate entities.

7. Limitation of Liability

M.A. Williams Drain Cleaning & Plumbing shall not be held liable for pre-existing infrastructural degradation, catastrophic structural failure due to delayed maintenance by the property owner, or consequential damages resulting from hidden plumbing leaks behind walls or slow-flushing toilet blockages that occurred before our technical arrival and diagnostic evaluation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to our commercial services shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within Central Virginia.
